Stafsjö’s WB14E knife gate valve is a high performance shut-off valve with superior flow characteristics, offering bi-directional zero leakage shut-off up to 150 psi/10 bar. Universally applicable Knife Gate Valve.
Stafsjö’s knife gate valve MV is used within many different fields of applications. The valve has a gate with a bevel edge that effectively cuts through different media. In closed position the gate is pushed onto the seat which gives a tight and reliable sealing. This special shut-off technique makes the MV valve suitable for both fluids and dry media such as pulp, sludge, biomass, powder and different kinds of waste.

Knife Gate Valve for abrasive media.
Stafsjö’s knife gate valve RKO is reliable and particularly well suited for demanding reject and other abrasive media. The valve’s circular inlet and square outlet together with the gate, that has a rectangular shape and a bevel edge, counteracts clogging and blockages, which often is a problem in combination with junk traps, coarse reject and cleaners.

Knife Gate Valve with two plates.
Stafsjö’s knife gate valve D2G is a bi-directional tight valve with full bore. The valve is equipped with two hard chromed gates that works towards each other in the bore, which gives an extremely fast operation. This shut-off performance along with its flow characteristics makes it suitable for contaminated media or reject handling. The valve should be mounted only in a vertical pipe line.
